Let's answer some FAQs!
I don't offer this as a service.
It feels cost effective but here lies the issue, it takes 10x as long to unlearn a habit as it does to learn a new one. You ever moved your kitchen drawers around and find yourself forever grabbing tea towels instead of spoons?
If we reconvene 4 weeks later it's entirely possible you've spent 10 hours in the gym doing the wrong thing, and it took us a month to figure it out. In the end, it isn't cost effective, it doesn't serve you, and you'll need more support than I can afford to give.
During our 1-1 sessions I will follow a monthly plan usually made up of 2 - 4 programs. Once we have spent some time together and you've decided if you're going to train in addition to our sessions I will give you plans and programs of your own. We will review these every month and they will be delivered via Excel or the ONI app.
