Group fitness is the best way to get in a good workout while keeping cost down. It's the bus travel of exercise. But best of all? I'm in the basement....

Classes run every week and last 30 mins.

In that 30 minutes we get warmed up, I'll run you through the exercises, and then we get sweaty.
During class I'll be around to help you out with form and accommodate any injuries or pain you may have.

Classes are booked through the My PT Hub app and, lucky for you, it's more than just a calendar!
​
The app allows me to help you out on your WFH days by providing some body weight workouts on the days you can't make it in.
​
During your trial you can download the app and see an example of a workout you'll get under a full membership. You can also upload progress photos and track your workouts in the app too.
​
The trial is at the bottom of the page, and costs less than a coffee!

What's the cost?
Each class booking is 1 credit. Credits can be purchases in the below bundles:
12 credits = $120
6 credits = $75

You have 12 weeks to use your credits and when you've used them up, jump on the app and buy your next bundle!
